Slightly OT and not going to quote the whole around the league report but an oiler fan calling the flames the luckiest team ever? Thats rich.

What a game though.

Just bonkers. Fun times.

HAHAHA - saw all that go down from 216

They need to beat the Sharks and Sabres minimum before I start feeling hopeful about this season again.

Especially the Sharks

Fun game to watch, fast and tonnes of action. I really thought the Flames were unlucky not to be 3 or 4 in the first period alone. Unlucky on both sides of the puck. Glad they got the win as I thought they deserved it.

I thought Ferland had a good game. Smid as well. Starting to get the sense that some of the guys are turning the corner. Hope Jones is OK, he has been good all year.

What a fun game. Thanks to HotHotHeat for hooking me up with ticks.

I'd just bought a new Flames hat last week but was super glad to toss it over the glass. Woooow. Went and bought another hat right after.

Dougie is really coming around. I'm glad he took the chance which led to rat's penalty shot, need him to be aggressive.

That was probably the best regular season game I've ever been to live. So entertaining start to finish.

Shame on everyone who left the Saddledome early after Marchand scored.

I'm so happy right now. Impulse bought a Gaudreau jersey after the game. $240 well spent.

Glad you got to see it live.

It was one of the best games on TV I've seen in the last 5 years.

It was so good that even if Calgary had lost in OT it still would have been great.

I'm so glad it didn't end with that penalty shot goal. Glad Dougie redeemed himself. I thought he had a strong game up until that point. You could tell he wanted to win.

They all left to beat the parking gridlock on the Stampede grounds

Was at the game with some friends who don't watch much hockey. They are now converts to the Flames cause. Amazing game. Nearly got killed by some Bruins fans in front of me for rubbing their heads when the tying goal went in!!!! Suck it up boys!!!!

Aside from Gaudreau, I also thought Giordano had a fantastic game tonight. His confidence is almost back and I think he's getting more comfortable with the range of motion now. Just hoping he starts to jump into the rush more and I think we have our old captain back to where he was the last two seasons.
