I thought it was a nice touch as well. They also had, who I presume were, some of his friends and family in the owners box (maybe that's where you saw/spoke to them as well). Many of them were wearing campaign shirts or "With Great Beard Comes Great Responsibility" shirts.

It was very nice. I tweeted about it with a picture of the energy board. Flames retweeted it actually - phone didn't stop buzzing all night. 40 retweets, 61 likes.
