^^ Geez. Is somebody going to quote the single game sv% like it is meaningful?

Sometimes these games happen. Remember his coach Patrick Roy's last game in Montreal?

Here's a refresher for those who live in dreamland.

After 17 years of outstanding service with the Flames, it’s becoming more and more evident the 35-year-old winger has no plans to re-sign in Calgary before the April 3 NHL trade deadline.
Such disinterest essentially forces the franchise to ask Iginla to waive his no-trade clause so the organization can at least recoup assets as part of a trade as opposed to losing him in the summer without compensation

Well, Berra has been terrible for three straight starts, getting pulled in two of them. I would think that his steady play recently is the anomaly here, but we'll see I guess.

Haha, I thought this when I said it. I agree on this observation (but haven't seen how all 4 were scored each game). Vezina Kipper was known for responding to a 4 goal performance with a 0-2 goal against the following game

Roy's D is crap on the whole, and Sutter's 04 Flames team was great D

But Berra and the Avs do need to get back on track

Winnipeg will def give hellebuyck a shot with hutch. I know this is a chance I've been waiting for to see what hellebuyck can do. He's been dominant at all levels of hockey and is a 927 on an epically bad Moose team.

edit: Connor has been recalled to the Jets. This is exciting stuff.

I am hanging my head in shame today...the damn twins wouldn't have been drafted together if it wasn't for the idiocy of Murray and Pulford making the trade that allowed it.

On the rest of the game...Q's forward line blender was in high gear...we got a preview of Hossa's late contract career as Q put him on the 3rd line...the problem, then, is that Toews had a couple of only marginal NHL players to play with....Garbutt's stupid and useless O-zone penalty swapped momentum, at a time that the 'Hawks were dominating...then the damn Twins took over...

Panarin looked gassed, late...
