This. Plus Q had Kane Toews and Keith out so not a bad idea to send out a good 2way forward who just so happens to be clutch in OT.

Raymond had his "give a crap meter" set on high tonite. I'm all for keeping him on that first line if he keeps that up!

Great game by the team in general. Full game team effort.

Johnny was un freaking real. Brodie was the same.

While I see that Raymond was quick, was I the only one who thought he was hot garbage out there? His missed pass to an open Monahan in the first on the partial 2 on 1, his endless skating that seemed like he was trying too hard, and then his pass from our blue line to Johnny who was skating the entirely other way?

-speaking of keeping feet moving, I thought Raymond did a good job of this and had a pretty decent game overall.

-man is that ice terrible. I'm growing increasingly annoyed by it because we finally have an up-tempo, skilled, fast team that can toss the puck around. The players are constantly having to corral the puck and are sometimes unable to finish nice passing plays because the puck jumps over sticks.

-also, I'm just waiting for the bad ice to cause an injury. Gio went head-first into the boards on that one play at their blue-line. I don't think he does that on purpose..at least, I hope not...

-with respect to Gio, I think he needs to actually do less right now. It's almost like he's trying TOO hard to be the same player from last year. As a result, he's rushing plays, making un-Gio-like decisions (especially ill-timed pinches) and getting caught up-ice. Maybe if he slows down a bit, he'll get some of his timing back.

-Love Colborne's game right now. And Ferland bodying guys off the puck on the forecheck is something I could watch all day. Hope it continues.

-shoot, Johnny, shoot!

-Matt Stajan is underrated.
Totally agree after Ferland's big hit the Hawks d ran into each other at least 2 times. It makes them nervous and I think it does with all teams.

I love Darling's body language in this gif.

Routine blocker save... puck going to good old reliable Seabrook. No more danger
*puck ends up on Gaudreau's stick*
WTF!!! Full panic mode

Hudler's been a step behind the play all season. Raymond, to his credit, worked really hard out there.

I think we need to give good ole Karri Ramo a LOT more love. He was rock solid and that insane save in the first, I mean that was Scorpion-esque, but with the blocker.

Flames are 5-0 in overtime. You better believe Hartley deserves some of the credit -- especially for all the flak he's been getting post-Jack Adams.

Also, second straight game limiting the opposition to 20 shots or less. And this one even went into OT. I think we've turned a corner folks.

And don't look now but Ramo has creeped over the elusive 0.900 save percentage.

Hamilton was a wide open option there too.

I absolutely love Hartley but really he deserves credit for being 5-0 in OT? Put #13 on the ice and you win, pretty simple stuff.

"No way Gaudreau pulls those moves off on NHL defencemen"

If I didn't know better I would say that was a Conn Smythe and two time Norris winner that has no clue what just happened.

He might actually have the best lateral movement in the entire league.

Combine that with his hands and it doesn't matter how good you are, he'll make you look silly
