I love my iPod w/ Video. I rarely use it for video but when I do it does the trick.

Not sure why they're making a brighter screen. When I listen at night and want to change a song, the thing lights up my entire room.

Hmmm...I've never had any problems with my iPod's (4th generation 40GB, about two years old) battery life. I usually charge it over the weekend, and it lasts more than enough for me to listen to it everyday of the week during my commute to work and back. If I'm going on a long car trip or something, I'll just plug it into the cigerette lighter adapter anyway.

I mean, it's not like it's dying after two hours. How much battery life do you conceivably need?

Who listens to more than 24 hours of music at once though, seriously? That's like saying, My penis is bigger then yours but unfortunately I'm not getting laid. It's useless.

Hey, it's all about comparability. I believe the Samsung one which comes in a bit cheaper has a batter life of 48 hours. It's just seems like a better deal to go that direction. Besides, that pretty much tells me that you can leave it laying around more often with not thinking about recharging the thing as often.

I think i'm gonna get one of these eventually. A few more bells and whistles than the Nano, although the Nano does look pretty slick. I've always like Creative's players.

Could you give those of us at work the Coles notes version? Our proxy blocks that site as "games."

Just buy right from Apple... It takes 1 week for shipping (free shipping too!).

I didn't even read the link to see it was for the Ipod Flea.

Never mind.

Another plug for the Creative players. Great products, owned a Zen Micro, and upgraded to a Zen vision M when I ran out of space/had the Micro stolen simultaneously. Where MP3 players are concerned, I think Creative's great. The Zen Vision M already had a longer battery life than the new iPod video does. The multiple formats factor rules too.

what's the biggest creative mp3 player out there? I can't seem to find anything over 8gb's on the site, and that seems way too small. One of the reason's I have been waiting for the new ipod is to get more storage...these things are great for moving files around.

I love the battery life. I charge my nano about once every couple weeks and I use it for about 40 minutes-1 hour every day.

The illumination is rather sweet though. The screen also has about 3 times the colour depth as the iPods.
