Oh I watched it. But Hudler is a Calgary Flame. Whether it's Gio, Brodie or Hudler that missed an assignment, there was a 2 on 0 created a foot from Ramo's nose.
Again, great to get a win. But we won in OT after blowing a 2-0 lead. We got away with terrible defence. Had this not been a frustration in most of the games this year I wouldn't be irked with a win.

By far Monahan's best game of the season. Not only did he score twice including the game winner, but he was skating. This was one of the first games that he kept his feet moving when he was skating with the puck and it made a huge difference.
Before tonight I was extremely disappointed with Monahans speed aspect of his game. I knew there was a lot more there. He just wasn't moving out there. He isn't lightning fast, but he is fast enough when he wants to be, and he showed that tonight.
This is the Monahan we know, and the one Calgary needs if there going to be successful. Riding the back of Johnny all season just isn't going to work (5-11-1 before tonights win).
Anyways, ata boy Mony, you looked like a beauty tonight. Keep it up.
Very happy with Ramo as of late. He is giving Calgary a chance to win now. Not stealing them wins, but giving them a chance, and thats what Calgary needs.
Hopefully they can string a few together here. Thats a big win.

Great win, much needed. Ramo played really well. Hamilton looked pretty good. Engelland was quietly good.
Gio still not looking great. And the defense at times is still a fire drill. But a win is a win.....baby steps.

Good effort overall but our defensive zone play needs more support from the forwards.
People are blaming Gio on the first goal but that is on Ferland. Gio needs to stay with his guy up the boards from the corner. Ferland was puck watching and Latta snuck in behind him.
Goal two is a mess all around. Forwards fly the zone not offering support in the zone as they both chase the same guy. Gio then steps up but doesn't make a play, and Brodie makes the wrong read and jumps up leaving 2 guys down low.
All in all a good win and goaltending is slowly improving. Bennett and Brodie are stars.

In his last five games, Karri Ramo has a .919 SV%. It's a long way from Carey Price territory but it's also a long way from where it's been.

Completely out of thanks, but everyone who posted a celebration gif in this thread. THANKS! They're all great.
It feels so good to celebrate a win.

Flames win!!
A couple of lapses in the 3rd, but #### it. They held on for the OT win and earned it.
Well done to come back from a tough loss and stick to it.
Hamilton looks like he is getting more comfortable and progressing nicely. If they can sort out a few of the kinks in their team defense (sometimes looks like just a lack of that extra effort) they just might have a chance to pull themselves up in the standings.

Damn straight Ramo deserved the helmet. He played his heart out tonight. This team needed a performance like that.

Bill Lindsay on the NHL network is absolutely ripping the Flames defense.

Agreed, thought he had a very solid game. Hope he can just be consistent now.
He seems like one of those goalies that might need a string of games to really get going.

I feel like starting the year with three goalies was largely the source of the bad start for the team. Since the team has been down to two goalies Ramo has been able to settle in and start putting better games together. The messed up goalie situation at the start led to poor play by the goalies and bad goals, which led to worsened confidence, poor play and a terrible position in the standings.
Glad it's finally turning around. Ramo has looked so much better in the last couple of games.
