Social media is no good for the most part. Facebook 4-5 years ago was good, but now it's just a daily barrage of "these 12 people ____" clickbait, vines and memes.
But one does not simply up and delete all their stuff for no reason.

Why would he delete all of his crap just cause he's mad at someone? You guys are over thinking this.

The Flames had a PR expert at camp this year who talked to all the players about using social media. Maybe he just decided he didn't want to bother with it anymore. She had a great interview with Rob and Pat at the beginning of the season.
