Oilers back where they belong in last place in the Pacific.

7 Flames with a point tonight. None of them were born yet when the Calgary Olympics started. Five of them were born in the 1990s.

Don't look now but Gaudreau is tied for 4th in points in the NHL with 17 points!

I have to know, what was holding Brodie back in the draft? His passing and skating are top tier. How did this guy fall to us in the fourth round?

No. Hiller is still hurt.

No way, Hiller likely goes on waivers if this is a meritocracy.

Assets: Moves the puck well and is an even better skater--he's fast and agile. Has intriguing offensive upside. Can run the power play for many years to come.
Flaws: Needs to get physically stronger in order to win more battles at the NHL level. Also needs to focus and concentrate more when he's in the game.
Career Potential: Offensive defenseman with upside.

Great question. How did that happen? His fundamentals are there even if he isn't flashy.

His game had some warts, he wasn't as good defensively, and not nearly as confident in his abilities.

Best game of the season. And I gotta give Ramo props for not falling apart after that bad second goal.

No. First, he hit it at his waist at best. Second, he's tiny.

If Treliving does that, and he is claimed, it is one way to solve this goaltending conundrum. I would not be shocked at this.

Hiller won't be claimed. He's probably good enough for some team to think about, but the salary is a non-starter.
