Man...Wideman has really struggled to get his shots through traffic this year. Last year he was always able to get it through.

Does not move the puck laterally well and limits his chances. Thinks slapshot only and it's easy to anticipate. Line up in a row in front of it.

There are definitely some obscure rules out there. I didn't know until about a year or two ago that you can't have one foot in the penalty box after your penalty whilst playing the puck.
Tossing a stick to your teammate using your stick is such a rare play it wouldn't be surprise me if there is a rule that we just don't know about it.
