IIRC, I think Ferly was onto something against Detroit, when the Wings had a penalty coming and so he skates up to 3 of them and tries to start fighting them. Took a penalty, brought us to 4-on-4!

Really disjointed from the forwards. Struggling to get any sort of forecheck or consistent pressure going. They look badly disjointed. Wasn't a fan of the forward lines before the game and 1 period later, it's not making me feel any better.
Hopefully a better attacking effort in the 2nd period, the point in the game where we usually fall to pieces.

Nice to get a short handed goal. I just have this feeling in the pit of my stomach the other shoe is about to drop.
Only potential saving grace right now is the Flyers look just as lost and disjointed.

It was not a short handed goal. Jooris had just gotten out of the penalty box for the goal.

Hartley is trying to get Monahan going I guess, but he and Bennett does not complement each other on the same line. Bennett needs to play center. Hoping for a correction in the second.
