I am open for business for bribery to not be the elimination candidate or for holding gaudreaus.

Do we only get 1 Gaudreau for going 2-0 now?

Oh I think I see what happened, 2 for winning last round, 2 for this round and then an extra for winning both? I just thought it was +1 for going 2-0, my bad.

Did you get any bribes?
I will PM GGG my vote if you want to tally them up and report the elimination candidate to the group

Puxlut has been selected

Please set up a time to play the death match. It'll take about an hour. I know with devo in Europe it might be a little tricky.

I will post the death match in about an hour. Also it will be color coded so you will need to be able to see color.

Ideally it be great if we could do this today. I'd be available from 2pm to 7pm Calgary time. Otherwise it'd have to be Saturday or Sunday because I'm at a bigger birthday party tomorrow and it'd be difficult for me to be online.

At this time only Puxlut and Devo can post. I will set up a quicktopic for the rest of the players.
Once again, non-participating players have the option to bet 1 Gaudreau on who they think will win.

The third death match is...

QUATTRO

A Quattro refers to when 4 cards all have different numbers and colours
You will trade cards with 6 virtual players and the player with the higher summed Quattro will win

The virtual players are named: Giordano, Brodie, Russell, Wideman, Hamilton and Engelland

There will be red, blue, purple and green cards numbered 1 to 6 along with two black 0 cards for a total of 26 cards

1 2 3 4 5 6
1 2 3 4 5 6
1 2 3 4 5 6
1 2 3 4 5 6
0 0

Each player will receive two 2s and two 1s (randomized) to start and the rest will be shuffled and given to the virtual players (3 each)

At this point you will begin trading with the virtual players. Puxlut having more Gaudreaus will start first. You will take turns deciding to trade cards or not. If you decide to trade cards you may trade a card of your choosing with a virtual player. The card you traded will then be revealed.

The virtual players will choose a card to trade back to you according to the following rules:
1. They will consider cards that were already revealed and choose the best card that can make a quattro
2. If they only have cards that cannot complete a Quattro they will choose the card with the highest number
3. If there are multiple cards with the highest number, they will choose a card in the order of red, green, purple, blue

However, if the virtual player has a 0 card they will always choose the 0 card to trade

The card traded by the virtual player will not be revealed (unless it was already revealed previously). When both players wish to stop trading they will both flip over and reveal one of their cards. Once a card is shown it can no longer be traded and will be in their final score. This process is repeated until all 4 player cards are shown.

You may trade with the virtual players in any order but you MUST trade with all 6 virtual players only once before showing all of your cards. Meaning, both players will make 6 trades in the 4 rounds.

If both players make a Quattro at the end, the one with the higher sum will win.
If the sums are equal, the player with the higher number card will win.
The 0 card will be accepted as a different number and colour and can be used to complete a Quattro

If both players fail to complete a Quattro the player with the higher sum will win
If the sums are equal, the player with the higher number card will win.

Example: 6 5 4 3 of different colors = 18 and is the highest possible score.

Procedure: When trading a player will post in the thread "I would like to trade 2 with Giordano"

Then I will PM the card that they got back. If it is a card that was already revealed then I'll just announce it in the thread.

any questions ask here, I can do a quick example if needed.

A demo would go something like this. All cards revealed in this scenario

Puxlut starts with
2 2 1 1

Devo starts with
2 2 1 1

Giordano
5 6 3
Brodie
0 4 5
Russell
5 5 6
Wideman
4 3 4
Hamilton
3 4 3
Engelland
0 6 6

So if Pux in the first round wanted to trade her purple 1 away she would post "Trade 1 with ______"

If Giordano she would get a 6 back
If Brodie she would get a 0 back
If Russell she would get a 6 back
If Wideman she would get a 4 back
If Hamilton she would get a 4 back
If Engelland she would get a 0 back

Then it would be devo's turn. and he can trade or not. The card that Puxlut traded away would be shown. So if she traded with Giordano, this is what devo would see

Giordano
X 1 X
Brodie
Russell
Wideman
Hamilton
Engelland

Once both players stop trading, that round ends and both have to flip one of their cards over. Then the process repeats until all 4 cards are flipped over to make your finished hand. You must trade 6 times in the 4 rounds, once with each virtual player.
