Hey hey hey hey everyone
I'd like to point out that our key pieces of the future have all been pretty good tonight.
Gaudreau, Bennett, Monahan, Brodie, Hamilton, Giordano have all put in solid games. Colborne and Jooris have been solid as well.
...take the positives where we can.

Shhhhh
Don't let facts get in the way of the legend that some posters want to create around Paul Byron.

Hahaha it was a breakaway goal?
Lol, of course it is. 28-22 shots for CGY and 5-2 MTL.

Tonight is the Flames 4th game in 6 nights, tomorrow is their 5th in 7. If you're expecting more energy tomorrow, you'll be sadly disappointed. They needed to make hay here early and couldn't

There is nothing more deflating than a team carrying the pace for half a period and your sieve goalie ruining everything

Well you could not put Raymond and Russell on the power play for a start.

The crunch of the game is from the peewee players in the intermission.
Basically sums up this game.

I have to blame the mental fragility of this team on the coach.
We had the same goalies last year.

They haven't. They're lost and probably very, very tired. Can't fault the effort

How many points for McDavid tomorrow?
I'm gonna guess he gets his first hat trick, and 2 assists.

Another positive is that the only Flame who's looking to get a massive raise this off-season is Gaudreau.

This is probably the worst game of the season, bar none.
1) Proved we have no #1 goalie
2) Paul Byron scored on a freaking breakaway. Paul freakin Byron.
3) Our D is playing like the Oilers D.
4) Hartley STILL keeping Ortio in net for some reason.
5) We suck 5 on 5, so thats pretty much 50 minutes of watching us struggling to keep the puck out of the net.
