Why?
The only thing Hartley could have done different was start an equally as bad Ramo. This game was lost in the first period, where the Flames came out blazing and ready to win and Ortio broke everyone's spirits with his first of 4 soft goals on the night.
There is nothing more deflating than a team carrying the pace for half a period and your sieve goalie ruining everything

Ugh, IMO the straw that broke the camel's back was Treliving choosing to waive Byron and keep 3 goalies. Goalies played nervous. Everything just kind of snowballed from there.
