There are 6 guys in the AHL that can be a Byron replacement. This team doesn't need Oiler castaways.

This team doesn't need a replacement for Byron. The team was willing to lose Byron for nothing because he was replaceable. We don't need a replacement player for someone the team didn't need.
This team needs offense and someone who can score, there are enough guys who play "gritty" and can't score on the team already.

Nothing really new here. Big takeaway is how a team like the Kings were hot and heavy for d earlier have cooled their pursuit after they shuffled their mix and found pairings that worked. Will have to be some injuries or teams finishing evaluating their teams before we see anything.
