The Islanders have been good for a good long while now but their pending move left lots of things unsettled. Now they can just focus on hockey and I expect them to make serious waves in the East this year.
But yes the Flames have become a very bad hockey team.

Hamilton hasn't been that bad, but that last goal wasn't good. He wasn't covering anybody.
He's certainly not the only one playing with zero confidence right now though.

Flames are sorely lacking in confidence. They start off solidly in a game but are unable to score to take control of the game. Opposition scores and they just lose it.
They need some lucky breaks to get the confidence rolling.

Funny part is that our PDO is .949 which according to those arguments would be equally unsustainable but in our favour.
We had a 1.16 PDO to the positive which was unsustainable and they shoved it down our throats. Now we are .949 negative and they will say the stats were right, just shows to me the stats are unreliable.
