Literally, yes. But I can't fault the other lines. There have been a tonne of chances for Colborne, Frolik, Bennett, and Backlund so far. This feels like one of those games where the bounces aren't there.

Outside of the score, I'm pretty pleased with what I have seen.

I think this is definitely our biggest issue right now. If those guys aren't clicking, we're pretty much screwed. Our secondary scoring needs to man up and start contributing.

He missed swatting a bouncing puck out. He literally did nothing else wrong

Hahahaha pure comedy at it's finest. I'm not calling out anyone else for voicing their opinion on his mistakes, but to call the guy a bum is a little excessive. You're the type of guy that'll jump right back on the wagon as soon as he gets his game going I'm sure.

2nd goal was not Hamilton's fault, good grief. Bennett was playing like a centre when he should have been covering the area where Girardi scored from (a good argument for why you don't constantly shift a rookie from LW to C back to LW - consistency).

First period was a mess, buy I agree if we're talking about the second period

Hamilton needs to shake the cobwebs off once and for all or be benched next game regardless the outcome of this game. He is playing like Jblo.

Might have been excessive for the first 4-5 games of the season, but this is ridiculous. This isn't a rookie. This is a guy with 3 seasons under his belt and a 6 million dollar contract. He is by far the worst player on the ice for th Flames night after night.

It's good to be excited about all lines. I mean, the Stajan-line is perhaps not that exciting, but I look forward to all the other lines to hit the ice. They are playing pretty well all of them tonight. Feels like we're due for some good fortune in the third.

Flames playing a very good road game. Just unfortunate that we're down. I have to say though Hamilton is a liability out there at this point.

What? On the goal he is skating towards the flames forwards on the right while Smid is alone with two rags on the left. Hamilton was completely lost and got into a nonsense position.

Derek Grant is making a pretty strong case for himself. He's been flying well below my radar til now.

He is not playing like Jay Bow. Jay bow was still decent just over paid especially when we were in cap hell. Hamilton is just awful so far. He needs to sit.

Where do you see people saying to trade him? This is a game thread and he is playing like ####.........again.

No one is saying he won't turn things around, but he needs to sit. He's single handily losing games for this team now.

Do you have his poster on your wall or something?

Flames playing really well. Very unfortunate that they're down. The 2nd goal was the result of Jooris and Bennett getting crossed up IMO. Also, a save or two from Hiller would have been nice - I thought he was too deep in the net on both goals.
