Coolest mask in the league retired in October? Damn.
I really don't dig that new mask one bit.

no Idea who this guy is but loving this mask. Images are a tad bit too big so I had to do a spoiler.

Dell actually saw some time with Abbotsford in 2013-14 when they had soem injury problems, wish the Flames would have signed him. The kid has really shown good improvement as a pro and had top 5 numbers in the AHL, albeit a smaller sample size.

Maybe he's a Flame that's why people love it so much but I see zero appeal in his masks and gear.
Kristers Gudlevskis mask posted couple posts above is a beauty.

His masks are whatever, but his pads are a breath of fresh air. Way too many goalies just have plain white these days.

Haven't seen many talk about Hillers new mask last night, but personally I love it! Works so well with the third jersey

I wonder if the mask is just for the alternate jerseys, or if it's to stay for the rest of his games.

Hiller played outstanding wearing this mask lastnight. Made some huge saves at crucial moments. Goalies are generally a superstitious bunch maybe he will keep wearing it.

Maybe that's why he switched out his old mask as well. Was not doing good with that retro mask. Haha

There is a reason for this tho. White pads create an optical illusion and blend in with the netting. It has less of an effect on the shooter if he has time and space but for those quick plays is where they help.

Ive tried those pads out not in those colours tho. They are ok. They felt really different compared to what I usually use. Overall I like Brian pads.
