To be fair he's only PM-elect. In 10 days maybe he goes into operation shutdown.

And it hasn't happened in a LONG time. I don't even remember the last time Harper took non-vetted questions from reporters.

The Rhinos ran a candidate in Edmonton-Griesbach by the name of Bun Bun Thompson. He got 144 votes, and beat the Marxist-Leninst candidate by 5 votes. Bun Bun is a cat.

The marking will add more cost to the consumer. More than that, the "implement gun marking legislation" is but one component of the UN arms trade treaty.
It requires that all member states that sign on and ratify this treaty compile a list of all arms (big or small) and submit it to the UN. It's a registry run by the UN. It also gives them power to help disarm citizens with the help of the blue helmets.
Justin said he wouldn't bring back the registry. I don't think he's lying, he will simply sign on to this and allow the UN to do it for him.

Of course it is. Because it's the final Canadian election ever, after the UN Blue Helmets move in and take our guns from us.

From MTL this morning shaking hands with everyone going to work, to landing in Ottawa to do a press conference. The next two weeks are going to be the honeymoon but I cannot wait to see this parlament get rolling on some they the key issues they won on.

First past the post has yielded generally good governance for the entirety of Canada's existence. I don't understand the enthusiasm for moving away from it.
