Colborne wearing a regular practice jersey:

Randy Sportak @SUNRandySportak
Joe Colborne, out since suffering a broken thumb in preseason, on the ice and NOT wearing a non-contact jersey at #Flames practice.

I think Colborne is a bigger part of this team than he gets credit for sometimes. I'm hoping his size will help in the offensive end. Hopefully Bennett is recharged and 100%

Looks like Ramo gets next start:

Keep your head on a swivel.

If the Flames are still carrying three goalies by the end of the month, and Ortio hasn't played at all despite two more occasions of games on consecutive nights before then, I'm going to be pretty disappointed.

Ramo was solid vs Winnipeg apart from one ugly (and costly) mistake. I don't mind him getting the start tomorrow.

Bennett skating this morning after missing Saturday night with an upper body. Ferland however is not skating today. #Flames

Gaudreau-Monahan-Hudler

Granlund-Backlund-Frolik
Ferland/Bollig-Stajan-Jooris

Tell that 2nd line to take the puck to the net and crash it at every opportunity, should create space for the 1st line. 3rd line consists of our best two way players. Ortio starts.

Did Ortio sleep with Hartley's wife or something? What is the deal?

My question is who plays against Ovechkin? Jones would be my choice and take the lines from there. Of course if Ovechkin sleeps in again that would be cool.

Ortio freed?

Kristen Odland @KristenOdlandCH
Ortio in now for Hiller. Ramo in the other net. Wonder what the #Flames are thinking....

I don't understand Hartley's aversion to Ortio. Neither Hiller nor Ramo have been solid or won a regulation game yet. It's not a huge risk going to Ortio. Worth it in my opinion.

I'm guessing that Treliving put an internal timeline in place to resolve the three-headed monster issue and that in order to achieve this goal hes got to showcase them in order to get rid of them.

I think its going to swap between Hiller and Ramo until one of them us either dealt, waived or hit by an errant City Bus or irate taxi driver.
