What a rollercoaster of emotions this whole series, punctuated by the most insane game in any sport I've witnessed

I have some friends in Texas that are Rangers or Astros fans. They are PISSED about how Joey Bats and the rest of the team were "hotdogging" it after the grand slam and how the Jays fans acted (okay, I'll give them that). They are not happy the Jays won.

Joey's presser - someone asked him what he thought of his flip being called "backyard baseball" by Dyson and if he had a comment.
"No."

If they think there's no excuse for Bautista's actions then they should also look at how Dyson reacted afterwards. Poor sportsmanship both ways. There really is no excuse for the fans but I think that kind of reaction happens in every stadium.

I actually felt sick to my stomach when Texas scored that third run.

I get why they would feel that way, but with what had occurred the previous 40 minutes or so, it was completely understandable. There will never be sequence of events like that again I'm guessing so he gets a pass on that one.

Jays fans basically became Canucks fans in the 7th inning. Feel bad for the long suffering fans who have to get lumped in with the drunk bandwaggon ######s.

I agree with those saying that reaction would happen in pretty much any ballpark under the same circumstances. Reminded me of when Yankees fans freaked out and threw bottles on the field during Game 6 of the 04 ALCS when A-Rod got called out after knocking the ball out of Arroyo's glove.

I missed all the action being at work. Glad the series wasn't lost on a controversial call.
Was Hamels really pitching in the 7th, with 108 pitches already thrown?

Yes he was, but he did his job and got two weak grounders that the Rangers infield booted around.

Crazy crazy game. Knew they still had a chance after game 2.
They had the better pitchers in Texas and just needed to get it back home.
Got some help with all the errors but Texas got that in game 2.
Pumped for Friday
