If I was a zombie, why would I happily ignore multiple touches in round 1? Makes little sense. Round 1 was all about survival for me, so I was happy with the one touch.

GGG, I feel confident in my human status know, so I'm leaving my touch open to you in hopes you'll take it. I might not be as confident in round 3.
Pux, there is really no danger touching me at this point. If either Devo or I were zombies to start, then we are both zombies after round 1 - might as well up your score

Also, just to clarify - I cannot use my cure if no one touches me right? Because the round will have ended with no touches which turns me into a zombie and there is no way to use the cure after the round ends?
Or if it looks like I'll get no touches (very possible here) can I use my cure before the end of the round to save myself from the "no-touch, auto-zombie" rule?
