I meant text book when it comes to breaking up the dp. Napoli has one jod to do there. No one should be expected to just conced the out.

This looks like it isn't going to end well.

It's going to get harder and harder to get the outs, and we can't even come close. I don't know about this.

Best offense in the league and they've completely disappeared. Strikeouts and weak contact over and over again.
There's no way we win this game.

Biggest and smallest strike zone I've ever seen in a game before. Wow.

Tulo's batting strategy;
pitch comes in, swing
pitch comes in, swing
pitch comes in, swing
Starting to get really nervous about this game. Our bats our seemingly done for the night.
These extra innings likely decide our season. Glad we're here, though.

Well Loup did his job and I am surprised how effective he was.

Not knowing what a strike is really has an effect on their approach. The Ump is really preventing them from working the count. And they could just as easily win as lose at this point.

Loup, like Cecil, seems to have figured his game out recently and has been pretty good in the past few weeks. Have to go back to August 15th to hit his last run surrendered.

Yep, both Bautista and EE swung awkwardly at high pitches immediately after getting rattled by iffy calls.

Oh, I agree its had an impact. But the Jays haven't squared up a ball in basically an entire 9 innings. Bautista had a hanging mistake fastball last inning and barely fouled it off. Look at Texas last out to Donaldson - at least they made hard contact. Jays need to at least put the ball in play and give themselves a chance.

You know an umpire named "Vic" has to be on the take. There has never been a clean Vic in the history of Vics.
