Panjwaii was the Taliban heartland. I don't know how many Canadians know how tough that combat mission was. It was sometimes insane. Paul Gross did spend some time there, in 2011. For me, it's hard to think about even now (I was civilian, not soldier) and I have no interst watching a dramatization, but it may be of interest and even educational to others. Or so I hope.

Yeah, I would love to watch a story about Canadians over there. I just don't want it to be a Paul Gross project
