Ugh, I wish I was on PS.
I bounced around golgoroth for 3 hours today. I kept getting picked up by teams that had no hope, or were in the process of falling apart.
Same deal with the daughters.
If I don't beat oryx this week, I'm going to cry.
Tell me about it - trying to just use LFG.net is terrible right now. I had the daughters checkpoint personally, so I'd post LFG at that checkpoint. Got pulled into three separate raids at the priest stage - did they even read my description of where I wanted to start?
Most teams right now are so disorganized too - I find there is always one person clogging up the voice channel so no one else can talk. Just speak up when there is an issue - no need to fill everyone in that you are doing your job correctly or telling someone else what they need to do next. Just stick to your role and everything is much easier to adapt to when someone calls out an issue.

My usual raid crew was full up yesterday. They cleared the entire raid pretty quickly. I decided to join a crew in LFG starting from the relay. Relay was flawless. Warpriest wasn't bad, but the inexperience of the crew started to show, as a couple of them had never done it before. Still only took maybe 4-5 tries. Ugh Golgoroth really does a fine job of exposing your team's inexperience though. We ended up getting stuck there.
Gotta say though, felt pretty good being the most experienced guy on the team, calling out the shots and such haha.
Finished Oryx this afternoon.
Only one wipe, but our team was all 300+ aside from one guy.
Had over 20 mouldering shards, so I got the scout and pulse from Oryx!

Crota was the first raid I did... after doing VoG and Kings Raid (still haven't beat it) Crota seems more like a glorified strike. I'm actually surprised they haven't added it to the strike playlist yet to be honest.
PS4 has a new strike called echo chamber that is pretty much the Crota Raid, even up to the point that with hunter, sealed claws, and smoke bombs you can run the relic part without killing anything. Just invisibiilty and run

I can't be bothered to hunt for that thing but should probably get around to it before hard mode. Can't believe you need more hadium flakes to level it.

Yup, PS4. We're thinking around 1-2pm. Anduril, we can probably accommodate you too. I think one of my fireteam member has to leave around that time.
I think I'm ready for hard mode! Finished the raid in under 2 hours yesterday night. Didn't get much out of the deal though. Just new arms and cloak for my hunter. Also I was the only one without a Black Spindle The DPS was ridiculous with 5 BS though. Both the Warpriest and Golgoroth were down to 5% after two rounds. I bet if I had a BS, Warpriest would be down in 2. Golgoroth would still be tough though. I was delegated to thrall duty lol.
I'll get mine eventually. So lazy to farm all the calcified fragments lol. I think I have 10 left. I only just finished farming my stupid void sword mats on Mars. Still need to get another 250 void ability kills...with my titan... ugh.
