Ortio sure plays the puck close to the borders of the trapezoid. There's been at least three times where he came close to playing the puck outside of it.

It's free if you have a Rogers Share Everything Plan or Ignite bundle.
It's working for me on my desktop via NHL.com (I had to activate it via the Rogers site first though, and then login).
Doesn't work on my phone though.
