Part of me wants them to do it in the second game so they can destroy the clubhouse in immediate celebration.

Anyone watching the KC game? Great catch by Olt there to preserve the lead in the top of the 8th.

Yeap. White Sox just added another in the bottom of 8, and they're still batting with one out and a runner on third.

4-2 for them now. They hang on the Jays are effectively 2.5 games up on the Royals.

Everything coming up Jays lately. Almost spooky.

There it is.

White Sox beat the Royals.

Royals are 10-17 in September. They look ripe for the picking in the playoffs.

Especially for a hot team like Texas.

Anaheim won their 7th straight tonight. If it comes down to a Yankees vs Angels wildcard game, boy oh boy, are those Yanks in serious trouble.

I want them to destroy it today when they clinch the division and again tomorrow when they clinch first overall.

Double the fun..

3 bullets in the chamber today and only need one to hit. Two Jays games and the Yankees game, which will likely conclude before the end of the 2nd Jays game.

That may be the fastest I've ever seen Encarnacion move, he was motoring around the bases

Not too many people in the crowd but I think most are cheering for the Jays. Good to see AA and bunch of the front office staff there in the front row.

Strange order.

I would have done it this way to sort of have a chance to score a few runs at least with the top 5 in the order.

Carrera
Colabello
Navarro
Hague
Pennington
Barney
Kawasaki
