This freakin baseball team....laying the boots to Chris Archer. Unreal.

And it is such a treat to watch David Price pitch, he is a craftsman in his profession.

Exactly my thinking on it. I'm not celebrating a true "playoff berth" until they clinch that division...or, on the unlikely chance of a massive collapse down the stretch here, until they win that one-and-done Wild Card game. That game just feels more like a tiebreaker to me than actual playoffs.

I think up until this season most of us would have considered anything past the regular season as playoffs

Wow what a bizarre series of events there, and the fan who picked up the ball has been kicked out of the game.

The Jays lucked out there with the Rays only scoring 2 there.

Price is human after all! He has been able to get to 0-2 but can't get the strike out pitch! jays still have the lead but its 5-4 now.

Classic pro baseball. Archer vs Price! Pitchers duel. Master vs. Apprentice....combined 11 runs not even out of the 3rd inning.

The announcers were mentioning that Tampa doesn't score a lot of runs, the Jays smack home 5 in the first inning, and Price is pitching. Figured the game was a walk off then, but apparently Price felt the need to make things interesting. Hopefully he can settle down and take advantage of all these 0-2 counts he's getting

I love how aggressive he is. He doesn't take the first pitch very often.

Wow, what happened? Turned it on in the 6th and Price is out of the game and we've allowed 5 runs against the pitiful Rays bats? Weird game. Good thing we brought our bats too.

Price got hit around too, not a big deal. More time to utilize the pen arms that have been off for a while like Hawkins.

Jays win! Looking forward to getting Tulo back in the infield and stabilizing the D.

Jays have his arb rights for 2 more years as well.

With the players locked up or have arb rights this team could be very good for a few years.

Hopefully the Rodgers group open up their wallet to Price.
