West Ham away will be one of Fergie's lowpoints where they could have won the league in the final day in 95.

good to see James Wilson pen a new long-term contract at United. I feel that with Wilson, Pereira and Januzaj (hopefully), United has, for the first time in years, a few promising youngsters coming through the ranks who actually have the talent to make it at United.

Looks like Rodgers survives another day.

I wonder if Liverpool might do with Klopp what Bayern did with Pep, hire him half-way through the season and have him take over for the next season.

Its not the same because Heynckes was retiring whereas Brendan would be a dead man walking, but I just dont know what else they're going to do, it seems fairly clear to me that Rodgers' job is hanging by a thread and they're just waiting for him to hang himself with it.

It seems to make more sense to me the just cut bait now and get started with a new manager right away.

Of course today's win means Spurs are definitely dropping points at Swansea next weekend.

Lots underrate them at home.

I'd like see the stats, but I have to imagine they would have one of the best home records over the last 3 years.

So United go to the top of the league for the first time since Fergie retired, City suffer a heavy defeat, Chelsea only get a draw at Newcastle, and Rodgers probably hangs on to his job a little longer now.

What a glorious, glorious day.

1 win over a team that might get relegated and Brendan regales the world with one of his best quotes yet

Not much of a surprise, Grealish chooses England over Ireland.

http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/34382195

Days before Hodgson picks his squad for the next qualifier. A match where he intends to 'experiment' a bit.

ouch, Bournemouth is incredibly unlucky ... Tyrone Mings and Max Gradel are already out for more than 6 months with knee injuries, and now Callum Wilson (5 goals in 7 games) will also be sidelined for at least 6 months with a torn ACL. Hope they'll survive despite all of this.
