Yeah that attitude by Cole drove me nuts as well. One of the best things about our modern legal system is everyone gets the benefit of the doubt, no matter who you are or what you're accused of doing or by whom. It's a beautiful thing, especially because for most of human history it was guilty until proven innocent.

Yes the vast majority of rape allegations are factual, I would imagine the majority of allegations of any kind are factual. The point is though, one cannot assume anything, either way, until the facts are laid bare in court.

Actually this entire thread is pathetic. I'm not going to point fingers at anyone but I have seen everything from people crucifying Kane to people vilifying a woman with absolutely no evidence one way or the other. Hell even now we have absolutely no idea about any guilt or innocence on either party and as such we should all shut our traps.

Very few posters have been completely neutral about the people involved in the case and have discussed without placing fault on anyone without evidence. I'm saying that the people who keep saying horrific things about anyone involved (except the mother maybe, cause it's now established she did indeed, commit an untenable action) are making this entire thread a complete embarrassment.

No one can like the content of the thread. If rape as a subject matter doesn't make you instantly uncomfortable then you are severely damaged and should seek professional help. But that's not my objection and I stated what is very clearly.
