Trump has fired his former assistant and will be replacing her with his daughter Ivanka. Also, 78-year old George Ross will also be replaced by Trump's son Don Jr.

hahaha thats hilarious. I hated her. Like she knows anything about big business. She ran a damn golf course. Bill Rancic learned how run a golf course in 1 day!

Has the Apprentice been cancelled yet? Stopped watching about after he hired Mr. Useless Kelly Perdue.

For some reason I assumed she was a little more high up in the company. Carolyn was good eye candy though, thats for sure. Ivanka's face looks like it's about to give birth to another chin at any moment now....

Too bad George is going though. He was a wry old bugger.

She wasn't an assistant but actually had a high up role within the company. The same with George.

I will not miss her, she was lame. I can't count how many times they are in the boardroom and Trump asks for hers and Georges opionions and then he fires someone else and they both go "Oh that was the right choice" or "He had to go you are right"

Apparently the fame went to her head and she was ignoring her daily duties to promote herself-a book, tours, etc.

Oh well...I'm waiting for the inevitable Playboy spread.

This is tragic.

Rhona Graff of the Trump Organization confirmed to CNNMoney.com that Kepcher no longer works at the company.

So he fired her in real life as well. They said she was lacking focus.

I hope ratings for this show fall, and the show is turfed. This is a horrible move by a guy that does not make very many bad business decisions. I know I am not going to watch anymore.

The guy makes numerous bad decisions. That's why he is always involved in so many bankruptcies.
