Was at impound tonight - found in the car with other crap left behind by joyriders was a diary/organizer filled with phone numbers. Also the following calendar entries:
July 31 - "one more day!"
August 1 - "released!"

Ok, the first two lines are very obviously pointing to someone involved in software development. But the last line is more subtle, I think it's coded and meant to throw us off. I googled the acronym WHS and only came up with Windows Home Server. It last released in 2011 so that was a dead end.
WSCB on the other hand leads to this outfit in Germany!
