Now, Ottawa should get to use the Rough Riders name until Saskatchewan can win a season series against them 2-0. Saskatchewan can call themselves the Melonheads or something.

35-for-45 for 477 yards and a couple of TDs, not too shabby for Smilin' Hank. Yes, that one fumble on the 3rd down gamble was bad, but he still managed to get the 'W'.

That loss is pretty well the season. Need to start picking up wins quickly as BC and Winnipeg will start winning again eventually. Likely have to win out to even have a chance

Love the CFL but why would they honestly schedule anymore Sunday games? That too in Montreal, where Als don't have to compete with anyone for the Stadium.

Surprises me from a TSN perspective. I would expect they control the schedule, at least to a pretty significant degree? Has to really hurt viewership.
Montreal is a bit of a different animal. I don't think you will have less people in the stands because they are home watching NFL, like you might everywhere else. The Impact played last night too, so they won't go head to head. So from strictly the Als perspective, they will probably get a better crowd on a Sunday afternoon in September versus a Thursday or Friday night.

Wow this Winnipeg team sucks big time. Receivers dropping balls, Nicholls having problem moving the ball, special team just brutal and defense subpar.

Historically, I believe that having games on Sundays against the NFL has not had any significant impact on CFL attendance or tv viewership.

Does Winnipeg know they are supposed to go forward and not backward. After the INT, they were 2nd and 1 and ran the ball. Problem was Chevon Walker went wide and backward and lost 1/2 yard. Luckily they got the yardage on 3rd down gamble. First down on 4 yards and Nicholls threw the ball on the side to 10+ yards and receiver were stopped on the 9 for 5 yards lost. Next play Nicholls got sacked. Terrible.

Like someone mentioned... Sunday games do ok. Montreal has to play sundays in fall because of the university team playing on Saturdays

Montreal has their best crowds on Sundays. It is a tradition over there. Today's attendance was their highest of the year. You will notice they host two more Sunday games this year.

you are correct, he did play great for the most part, fantastic passing numbers for sure. My comment was just based around it bringing back memories from when he was with the Stamps and had seemingly great games but finding a way to lose in the playoffs. Credit to him for a good game and for beating Sask (again)

They need to do something in Winnipeg to shake things up, Mike O'Shea needs to be replaced for starters. Doesn't get any easier with the Stamps in Winnipeg Friday night.

#calstampeders have acquired receiver/kick returner Skye Dawson from the Edmonton Eskimo for a conditional exchange of 2017 draft picks.

Huf gave Slaughter a chance (actually a couple of chances), but he was a train wreck returning kicks.

#CFL sources say an MRI Monday revealed Zach Collaros has a torn ACL and is out for the remainder of the 2015 season
