Center Ice you rarely get both feeds, at least in my region.
I'm just getting GC this year and see for myself how it goes. I have 200Mbps internet, so hopefully the quality is going to be good.

More than enough.
I've got 100 Mbps through Telus and I stream over WiFi (so 50 Mbps at most really) and I've never had a complaint about the quality of the stream.

The only complaint I have with Gamecentre Live is the bug where the PS4/Xbox One app will randomly rewind broadcasts about 15 seconds. But now that I can stream from my computer to my TV that shouldn't be a problem this season.

When will gamecenter be available for purchase? It keeps saying it's not available yet for purchase. I imagine there is an early bird discount I want in on it.

Did anybody buy from a different country last year (different countries had different prices)? If yes, did it go ok?

I know my brother used it (Gamecentre) in France last year with no problems, although I bought it in Canada.

Just be aware that if you cut your cable, like I did, you will need to use a VPN service to watch any playoff games. Not a huge deal, but something I didn't discover until playoffs started last year. Also we get blacked out of both Kings and Ducks games when they play the Flames

Yes, went fine. Used PayPal to pay. No blackouts but had to use "NHL login" prompt instead of Rogers where it would default on startup.

I am interested in knowing which way to go on the scenario of having three televisions in my basement for the purpose of watching hockey.
I would love to have GCL running on all three tv's but it seems you can only be signed in on 1 device at a time, therefore I would have to use Centre Ice?
I really want to go the GCL route, because you can replay games while watching a game.
Any input is appreciated.

the only way I can think of is to run GC off your computer and have HDMI cables going to each TV.

CI is your best option, I'm afraid.
Were I you, I would have no qualms about using 'other' sources to connect to a 2nd or 3rd TV (alongside your GCL subscription). GCL only allows one sign-in to stop subscription sharing. As you are using all the sources yourself, I would feel very comfortable using others sources in conjunction with your sub to GCL.
But that's just me.

I thought you could watch multiple games at once on GC?
If so, you could run it off one device ( a computer) and output it to three different screens, just like you would if you had three monitors hooked up to your computer.

The locations are too far away from the computer to feed the TV's.
It's kind of a shame because even if you were watching a Flames game you could put on some previously played games with GC. Don't think this is an option with CI.
Plus I like GC access from the road. This might be good if CI offered the same service through the shaw cable internet portal?
Thanks for input all.

Back before I cut the cord, I had CI with Bell and was grandfathered with a GCL (whatever it was called then) sub included at same cost. It was an excellent business model/value for the subscriber... So of course they killed it after a few years.

OK, so after doing some research, I'm not sure GCL using the Rogers subscription is a great idea? From what I understand, and I could be wrong, if I'm trying to watch a Flames game from Calgary that is licensed to SportsNet, I won't be able to watch it on GCL? Or in that case, would I just tune into the opposing team's broadcast through GCL, somehow?

That's incorrect. I'm in the Canucks region and zero games were blacked out. Only regional games NOT owned by sportsnet are blacked out

With MLBtv, I can watch the Jays game live by choosing the opposing team's feed. I wonder for an in-market game that is not played on sportsnet (but TSN for example) could I just choose the opposing team and all is good?

Just updated my subscription - for US customers it's $131.50 for full access and $105.25 for single team. Saved about $2 month going with the single team - not huge savings but a buck is a buck

Why do you have to choose the opposing feed to the Jays? I have MLB.TV and watch the Jays just fine via their own feed. Have for a couple of years now.

That still scares me. I think I'm going to go with the US subscription, and unblock-us to guarantee I can watch what I want.

Based on this, maybe? It looks pretty clear there should be blackouts if you don't have a TV subscription, from below:
Quote:
What is TV Authentication?
When the right to an in-market game is owned by Rogers it is broadcasted on TV on Sportsnet. When the right to an in-market game is owned by TSN, RDS, or TVA, the games are broadcasted on those TV channels.
We have included all these in-market games in Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™, but they are subject to TV authentication.
TV authentication means that if a subscriber is trying to watch an in-market game on Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™, they must also have the corresponding TV channel for that game within their cable TV package with a participating TV provider.
Scenario: A Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™ subscriber tries to watch an in-market game
If the subscriber does not have the corresponding channel within their TV package, that game will not be available within Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™ (it will be blacked out).
If the subscriber has the channel within their TV package, but the TV package is not from a participating TV provider, that game will not be available within Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™ (it will be blacked out).
If the subscriber has the channel within their TV package and the TV package is from a participating TV provider, that game will be available within Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™ (the stream will start).
