My buddy has a wife who has some trophy wife like looks. But she's also a really nice person too. She used to be a waitress at a place in Sylvan. One night she was serving a table and got to telling the one guy how she was going into her third year of college to be a teacher. When she went to go home for the night they informed her this guy left her a $1000 tip. Turns out he was some wealthy guy who made a bunch of money in oil and had no family of his own. Apparently he asked the owner to make sure she got the money and wouldn't have to share with the staff. I think I once got $50 for delivering chinese food to a bunch of stoners who forgot that they'd ordered food.

I had a few of those when I used to deliver chinese food, in the the "ghetto" parts of Calgary. They were high out of their mind, and they were regular customers too. LOL

Atleast your buddy's wife put the money to good use. I'm pretty sure a college > jeep. Neat story though, especially for you to know someone who had it happen to them.
