Caught up on SP over the last three episodes, 5/6/7
Drones was hilarious, Virtual Reality was hilarious, and... What was the other one. . .
The addict freeplay game or whatever it's called, freemium? was pretty funny too. Especially at the end when Stan's dad wanted to put money on the game
NEW YORK, November 17, 2014 – There are illegal goings-on in the basement of City Wok in an all-new episode of “South Park” titled “C*%K Magic,” premiering Wednesday, November 19 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central.
Kenny excels at playing the game, Magic: The Gathering. He has the boys’ full attention until a new, hard-core activity gets in the way. When Wendy tries to get Stan to pay attention to what she’s doing, she realizes that what he does with his guy friends always comes first.
Worst episode this season, and in a long time. Not particularly funny at all. Maybe if you had a slight affinity for that Magic card game (whatever it is) then you might have a giggle or two.
Oh well, ready for next week.

I thought the Terrance and Phillip Fremium episode was downright hilarious, especially all the Randy Marsh scenes.
And the VR one when everyone thought they were being tricked "##### you!"
Freemium.. The mium is Latin for "not really"
Epic episode imo. Too bad early reviews have me convinced I won't enjoy last night's, as I have 0 knowledge of Magic. So many of their episodes that poke fun at certain groups are always that much better if you have firsthand knowledge / experience.
As someone who's played too much Simpsons tapped out, clash of clans and a handful of other less popular (but no less addictive) freemium games I thought they nailed it

It was probably the weakest of the season so far but I still was laughing. I've never even touched a card from Magic and I still found it funny.
Maybe it's because I find the "typcial Englishman doing soccer commentary voice going over the top describing events unfolding" as funny, and this episode had it in spades.
Also who doesn't want go buy a chicken right now and name it McNuggets?

Randy as usual steals an episode, he is so consistently one of the best animated characters on TV. I still re-watch the episode where he has his drunk fights at his son's baseball games.

Apparently determined to catch up to “The Simpsons,” Comedy Central has renewed “South Park” through 2019, which will bring the animated series to 23 seasons and 304 episodes.
Quote:
The 19th season of “South Park” premieres Sept. 16 on Comedy Central.

In a recent interview Matt and Trey said they want to keep doing South Park until they make something so offensive that they get pulled from the air. As a fan from season 1 this makes me happy
