I did not hear about this. I gave up on thorn bounty like 6 months ago and haven't picked it up again since, so if I get it this week, it'll auto complete of it's in my inventory?

-Bounty slots will be increased to 16
-Incomplete Year One Bounties will be auto-abandoned on 09/08 in preparation for launch of The Taken King -Incomplete Year One Exotic Bounties are auto-completed with their respective Vendors
-Year One bounties issues by Eris will be retired
-Reputation with Crota's Bane can continue to be earned by completing Quests in The Taken King

I know Elder Ciphers are going away, but I have one active. In the past you got to choose the weapon before you started (but that didn't matter ) but I don't remember doing that for this one. Will I be stuck with RNG or do you think I will get to pick?

It says it auto completes with their respective vendors. So I'm assuming if the ciphers auto complete then you'd go to Variks to finish the bounty by selecting your weapon.

I wonder if elder cipher will auto complete if you're not on the final stage.
I have one where I'm just getting to the 1000 points from prison bosses, and another where I'm still looking for the queen's cipher.

I'd assume those would as well. With the others, cipher I'm assuming is included, just having it means you'll get it regardless of stage.
Another video in memory of the last week of trials before it goes on hiatus. Always to slap around those who prep their final round. At one point you see me load my own final round Efrideet's but never got around to swapping for it.

Looks like there will be some pretty exciting new stuff available prior to official taken king release next week, based on the log in screen and music!

New social area?
Outside of the Tower, and the Reef... and for some, the Lighthouse. I haven't heard anything about that.
I know we're getting a new area to explore and fight in.
