It seems like a joke but I've been evacuated from office towers because someone burnt toast/food in the kitchen.
The worst is walking down 30+ flights of stairs.

Last week an affiliated company of ours had to shut down a mod yard with approximately 400 people for a day and a half because someone bumped a safety cone with a truck.

they banned popcorn at the BP Centre when I worked there because some dumbass put in 20 minutes instead of 2 and forgot about their popcorn. Entire building evacuated.
