Yeah, I know it was for the best, but it still made me a sad panda though. Now I kind of keep tabs on Man U, and I hate the Premier League lol

Well having to keeps tabs on Man U isnt going to make you like it any more.
I wish Liverpool had managed to snag Marco Reus in the off-season. I suppose not all hope is lost but...

I remember watching champions league games on TSN when I was a kid (early to mid 90's) with Graham Leggett. It was the occasional game on a Wed or Tuesday afternoon along with soccer Saturday! That was the only soccer I could see on tv.
Now I turn on the tv and the champions league is on 3-4 TSN channels at the same time with a full recap show in the evening.
Never would I have ever imagined this. Life as a soccer fan is great now.

Ummm...
Odd Grenland <- Yes. Thats a real name for a real life team. Its legit, I didnt make it up.
Is currently defeating Borussia Dortmund 3-1 at Half-Time.
I think we should all start following 'Odd Grenland' based on their name credibility alone. That name is fantastic.

Sidenote, Odd's main striker is Canadian international Olivier Occean. Occean's stellar play with Odd this year may have him back with the national team in the fall.

Wow. Really? Lets follow this team!
Also their other striker has a kickass name too!
Chukwuma Akabueze
Go Chukwuma!
Do they have an insane mascot? If they dont we should design an insane mascot for them.
Perhaps a crude outline of Greenland (yes I know they're a Norwegian team) that looks odd.

I don't even want to know. If it's not Kingsley, it's no good.

Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! 4-3 Dortmund.
Just when I started really pulling for Odd Grenland!

it's your fault
Edit: that's not their name anymore, it's now Odds Ballklubb. That might be even better!

On 25 September 2011, Odd player Jone Samuelsen scored what is claimed to be the longest headed goal ever scored in a match, in a match against Tromsø, when he headed the ball from within his own half of the pitch into Tromsø's open goal, the goalkeeper having come forward for a late corner in the match. Norwegian Police were invited to measure the distance, and calculated the length as to be 58.13 metres.

I know. I'm currently drafting a personal apology letter to Trond Haukvik, the Chairman.
I feel shame.

CL Group stage draw today. My two favorite teams, Dinamo and Bayern drawn together, along with Arsenal and Olympiacos.
Dinamo will get destroyed, but the thugs who run the club will make off as bandits as usual. Sell any talent they have, rinse and repeat.
