K, well they better not show a picture of an arena with a glass roof, something that would be completely new to the NHL, and not discuss it...

Hope they enclose the whole walkway to and from C train, that walk sucks in the cold at the current stadium

Not having detailed renderings of the building only makes. You can only do that once you actually know where exactly your building is going to sit and how many much you have to spend on it...and since the Flames don't even own the land they plan to build on, it's a little silly to even think about things like site-lines, materials etc.

It was always going to start off with a big concept like this. Ideally thought this is a level of thought that would've been achieved/presented a year or two ago though.

Looks like what King meant was that there would be no detailed pictures of the arena itself today.

Does that mean both a FIFA sized pitch and CFL field or one that can be converted to both?

They get an okay arena, we get an awesome everything.

They have to draw crowds downtown exclusively with the crap-festival that is the Oilers, we've got the Flames/Stamps/Hitmen/Roughnecks/Etc.

The Flames are on a whole other plane of existence than the grease.

Oh so maybe the Arena doesn't have a glass roof? The soccer field and CFL field do?

Agree with this point. It would be interesting to know what all has been done over the last number of years. Not being critical so much as looking to understand what went into getting to this point.

Muta?
