The gap in development around the science centre doesnt make a ton of sense, so i'm hesitant to believe. But #### thats like a 40 year plan so who knows.

When you think about it, it pretty much has to be real. If anyone was going to go to the trouble of creating that detailed of a fake, I highly doubt they'd wait until almost midnight the night before the announcement to release it.
That'd make no sense as 90% of Calgarians who would take interest are likely asleep and tomorrow they'd see the real thing within a couple hours of starting work.
If someone went to that much trouble they would have released it a long time ago to get people talking. I'd say we're looking at the real deal and it looks absolutely world class from what I can see.
