Wrong. Those positions hold varying degrees of authority over people. Hockey players do not.

You know I wonder if the sex started as consensual. As it progresses Kane brings out a side of himself that makes his partner uncomfortable. The partner at the point says she isn't into that type of sex and wants to stop. He doesn't and at that point it becomes rape (at least IMO).

Unless you're under the illusion that you couldn't have a bite marks from consensual sex, it's not really evidence of anything.

I'm wasn't saying it is evidence of a rape, I was explaining how it could be evidence of a rape. It easily could be from consensual sex.

It is exactly what I said...
Again, it was posted that the bite marks are 'clear evidence of a rape', and I clearly pointed out that without knowing anything, they are not evidence of anything except bite marks.
The prosecution must prove that bite marks are a component proving a rape occurred.
They may certainly pin point Kane being there, but they are certainly not clear cut evidence of a rape occurring. In fact, we don't know anything yet, and should wait and watch instead of claiming he is guilty.
I can't believe this is being debated.
