I went with Darryl Sutter over Bob Hartley.

Both transformed organizations, but Sutter did it all the way to the cup final.

Darryl Sutter for me. Great coach, here and in LA. Like Bowman, many players hate him except on the day they get their ring (although not as frequently). As a GM, not so much...

Darryl. Only coached the team for 2 full seasons: a finals run followed by wining the division.

Always wondered how flames would have done if he had not removed himself as coach and instead hired a crackerjack AGM.
