So this thing turned out to be an alarm clock??? Or was that another item?

I wonder if it's not about the "rotary" aspect of the phone than it is the phone aspect.

Telus? Random phone booth? Giant phone statue somewhere?

I mean... alarm clock to Sun dial is a bit... well. Telling time isn't usually the main function that most people think of in an alarm clock. It's the crazy sounds it makes.

I think the first clue was the rotary phone and the second clue was an alarm clock.

Dial (phone) + clock (alarm clock) = sundial.
