Kylington can skate backward. Just beat value to opposite blue line.

Thanks for the updates! I'm at work in Ottawa, so these development camps aren't very accessible to me and the updates are nice!

If Culkin, Kulak, and Sieloff can continue to develop and take a step this year then our future on defense is much better then it was 13 months ago when it looked like Wotherspoon was the only real prospect.

That is a brutal drill for d men and meant to expose the weak skaters I think.

Baille and Hawkins are looking great for walk ons. Early candidates for contracts from the non flames group.

The new philosophy is very evident in this drill. Runout along the boards at 25% focussed on stick and body position. Looks like a pee wee drill.

Kulak has been very good in the drills. He and Morrison look the most NHL ready from this group.

That post doesn't make much sense either. I don't know what it means to beat value to opposite blue line.

Actually I thought he looked pretty good. I think there were a lot of nerves the first bit.

He looks very slight to me.

So I think I can conclude that Kylington started out good on this particular drill, skating backwards, then caught an edge and fell, so he needs to work on skating backwards more.
