Yeah no to the last minute injury replacement. Now that the people you really wanted can't come, you'll take me?
No thanks bro. I got plans. Congrats though

Ya I took Puxlut's suggestion to ask about anyone he wanted to invite but couldn't, girl or guy, that's a mutual friend. He couldn't think of anyone.

They're assuring me to not put pressure on myself to fill the seat, but I want to as I can understand it would suck to pay for a meal no one eats, or have people ask why they didn't get a +1 but Matty has an empty chair beside him.

Really? Free dinner and drinks with no strings attached?

I generally despise weddings but thats because I'm always involved somehow, I'd probably enjoy going to an all-expenses-paid wedding where no one knew me.

I don't want to answer "how do you know each other" 100 times
I don't want to be viewed as a freeloader.

I'm a difficult person you know

Oh I'll be the one singing "I Guess That's Why They Call it the Blues" through tears while the band looks around at each other awkwardly and then quickly escorted out for putting my foot through the bass drum.
