Did anyone see Snakes on a Plane...
and actually liked it? I thought it was going to be terrible but something I had to see. It was actually a very entertaining movie. If you haven't seen it, it's definately a movie worth checking out. Very funny, has some good action. If you go in knowing this is not a movie that's going to win awards, you'll probably love it.

I was very excited to see it. I think it is amazing that just based on fan requests from the internet, they added five extra days of shooting to meet fan expectations. I think that is unprecedented for a movie like that.
If you go in expecting to see great acting and a great story you will be sad (angry?), but if you go in the theatre expecting to have a laugh and a good time (like Rocky Horror Picture Show) it will be a great experience.
I saw it on opening night, and when Samuel Jackson came out with the phrase that was added in, the whole audience cheered and clapped....
"I've had it with these mother****ing snakes, on this mother****ing plane!"

Can someone explain why there were so many snakes on a plane things kicking around on the internet before it was even done? I think I'm missing out on something.

I heard that someone released real snakes in a theatre while the movie was being shown...

Yeah i saw the movie and I was impressed. It was pretty dumb, and unbelievable but who cares? A few good one-liners by Samuel L. Jackson, snakes biting in places where they would really never bite someone, and other hilarious scenes. Plus some good computer graphic snakes.
If you don't want to see it in theatres, definatley pick it up as a rental.

Awesome flick. With the title "Snakes on a plane", you know exactly what you are getting into. People cannot go see it, then claim to be dissapointed. It provides exactly what it advertises.
It's so bad, its good. Alot of great lines too. "That's it, I've had it with these mother****** snakes on this mother****** plane!"

Authorities said pranksters released the young venomous rattlesnakes in a dark theater at the AMC Desert Ridge near Tatum and Loop 101 in Phoenix.
The two snakes caused a panic in the dark theater, according to the report.
"That to me is very scary," herpetological association representative Tom Whiting said. "I would hate to be watching a movie about snakes and have a rattlesnake bite me."

Anyone else notice when they're all at the front of the plane and the lights went out, everyone starts screaming but you can hear in the background "OH THE SNAKES! THE SNAKES!" I was laughing so hard at that but I don't think anyone else picked up on it at the time.

^^^^^^ I also laughed at that part, because I thought they were clear of the snakes. Must have been an editing problem, but it made for one funny line.

HAHA i did that too. Just so i could hear Sammy J say "I think you have snakes on your internet"
I saw snakes on a plane last night....what a hilarious show. The only thing that would have been better is if Dave Chapelle pretended to be Samuel L Jackson in the movie...HAHA
Oh, and when the FBI went to pick up the snake doctor.......was it just me, or did other people think it might be will farrel.
