I don't recall the last time I went to a game to hear the anthem. I really do not know why anyone cares enough to complain...I must be getting old - go back to giving opinions to your spouse on drape colors.

That freaking organ guy Willie Joosen needs to go too! He plays the same songs again and again and again for years. I also can't stand his midi fake clap and kick drums! Also, how many times does he need to play that Zelda theme song?

I think you'll find this to be a very unpopular opinion. Fans from around the league are jealous that we get to enjoy themes such as Game of Thrones and Zelda. Or would you rather be listening to taylor swift?

Its a build up for the start of the hockey game. you want someone who can help bring more energy and enthusiasm to the crowd. Not bore them and get them yawning before puck drop. Its a bigger deal than you would think. At least to me.

I didn't mind Canyon.
I mean, he sucked, but I thought it was still better than whoever we had before. Or would have been if it wasn't for the synth

There better have been someone in between him and Heather Liscano, otherwise, you need to bite your tongue...off.

Really disliked her.
What happened to the girl that'd fill in for Liscano sometimes? Ann? Annie? Something like that. I thought she was great

Yikes.. Heather was one of the best in league..
Talk about unrealistic expectations.. I mean, its a national anthem. Someone who gets through it without sounding like nails on a chalkboard and without screwing it up, is good.
Heather was one of the best. Period.
Edit: Alternatively, you could have that idiot who was never good enough for the opera but no one ever told him, instead he was encouraged to let the crowd sing it.
