This is what happens when you become an attractive destination.
Players look at the Hamilton acquisition and see a solid core of 5-6 potential elite players to build around and what Calgary accomplished last year. So a guy like Frolik who apparently had about half the league inquiring into him sees that the Flames have a spot on their right side, and chooses to come here.
Quite awesome.

Nice! Treliving is amazing.
I remember Treliving saying that they have models for what the cap will be like in the future. I'm not worried about cap management, I think he is fully aware of that with every move he makes.
