You just made us older. Replacing 28 yr. old Russell with 33 year old Oduya isn't great planning for the future, given that Gio is 31 and Engelland is 33.

Then they are idiots. If they truley want to help their rebuild then they should eat $2 million. I believe if they eat some money they could get some quality back. If they are not going to eat anything, then they better like late round picks and prospects that will never make it. Not to mention a cap dump roster player.

Santorelli is a very viable Flames target tomorrow. Won't cost an arm and a leg and can produce points. I'd bet he would be a great fit on a good deal.

Don't think the Flames are set yet with their goalies...
@DarrenDreger: Interesting back story on Martin Jones trade. Calgary was in the mix last night, but backed out. Offer sheet threat encouraged trade...

I really dont think there is one left. Maybe Gibson, but that will cost a 1st +. Plus even if they picked one up, is there a market for Hiller?
