I have massive reservations about saying that after the Bouwmeester trade, but it's looking really, really good.

Sounds like Boston is going into full rebuild.

Deal Hamilton, deal Lucic, Draft 3 times in the 1st round, profit?

This doesn't even seem real. How can the Flames suddenly become one of the most stacked young teams in the NHL. Epic.

Bruins are well positioned to move up in the draft with the 14th, 15th, 39th, 45th, 52nd picks.

May even get to #3.

How did Chiarelli not outbid us? What an idiot. He's exactly what the Oilers needed too.

Amazing!

You take that and run. Unmitigated disaster for Boston. This is one of the absolute worst trades I have ever seen, and this time we're on the good side of that.

Of course this is awesome.

Was the two 2nds for Cam Talbot play really just to distract Edmonton from the fact we were going after Hamilton?

If that's what they're doing then they should have dealt Chara and kept Hamilton.

Just wait til both both Barzal and Connor fall to 14 and 15.

Does still stymie Edmonton (and possibly keep Lucic out of Vancouver?)
